Lighthouses of Maine, 2014
During this visit to Maine and New Brunswick Canada, I photographed 22 lighthouses. This gallery contains pictures of Indian Island, Rockland Breakwater, Rockland Breakwater Southwest, Owls Head, Two Bush Island, Whitehead Island, Pemaquid Point, Tenants Harbor, Curtis Island, Marshall Point, Fort Point, Prospect Harbor, Bear Island, Egg Rock, Great Duck Island, Winter Harbor, East Quoddy, Mulholland Point, Bass Harbor, Dice Head (Dyce Head), Pumpkin Island.
I spent more time at certain lighthouses capturing the sunrise and set as well as the moon rise and set. I have also included short time lapse photography for Bass Harbor and Fort Point.
The equipment used for the photos includes, Nikon D3, Nikon D800, Nikon 70-200 F2.8 VRII, Nikon 24-70 F2.8, and Tokina 16-28 F2.8.
If you have a smart phone, tablet, pc, or smart TV, try the slide show feature in the upper right hand side above the pictures. All photos are taken on a full frame camera at full resolution and can be used to generate both large and small prints. Photographs are printed by a professional firm and shipped directly to your home.
If you are interested in ordering pictures, merchandise or digital picture downloads, select a gallery or folder and while viewing the pictures, look for the buy button on the right hand side. Select “Photos from this gallery”, in the upper right hand corner look for the “Change Product” button. This will allow you to switch between prints, merchandise and down loads.
