GM Seat belt Recall 16V209000 performed by Star Buick GMC, Address: 260 Country Club Rd, Easton, PA 18045

The third picture is what it looked like going into the dealership. The 1st and 2nd pictures are their hack job. I am not pleased or satisfied. Is this how GM resolves issues?
